There are 5 python scripts to launch:
	CreateRAMISimulations.py
	DefineSimulationsParameters.py
	LaunchSimulations.py
	ExtractRamiFiles.py
	SaveRomcPlots.py
Each scripts has its -h option to show help.

CreateRAMISimulations creates the folders of the chosen simulations.
Its arguments are:
RamiSimulationFolder is the relative path to the folder containing the Core simulation where the simulations will be created. It must be in the simulations\ folder of DART
The required LADs: --LAD ERE PLA UNI
The required SpectralBands: --SpectralBand NR1 NIR RED
	The required SZAs: --SZA 0 20 30 50 60
	The required key simulation numbers: --Number 1 2 3 5 11 12 13 15
The required turbid modes (TUR for turbid, DIS for discrete scatterers): --Turbid TUR DIS
The option -r allows to replace existing folders

The following command will create 1 simulation
python CreateRAMISimulations.py RamiSimulationFolder --LAD ERE --Turbid TUR --SpectralBand NR1 --SZA 0 --Number 1 -r

If the DART_LOCAL or the DART_HOME variables are not properly set, you will need to add them in the command:
	python CreateRAMISimulations.py RamiSimulationFolder DART_LOCAL DART_HOME --LAD ERE --Turbid TUR --SpectralBand NR1 --SZA 0 --Number 1 -r

To create all 52 simulations, you can either define all the possibilities or just use the command:
	python CreateRAMISimulations.py RamiSimulationFolder -r

DefineSimulationsParameters modifies the xml files to match the parameters of the simulations.
The required number of cells in the z-axis: --z 1,10 or more
The required number of cells in the x,y-axis: --xy 1,10 or more

The following command will modify 1 simulation
	python DefineSimulationsParameters.py RamiSimulationFolder --LAD ERE --Turbid TUR --SpectralBand NR1 --SZA 0 --Number 1 --z 10 --xy 1

If the DART_LOCAL or the DART_HOME variables are not properly set, you will need to add them in the command:
	python DefineSimulationsParameters.py RamiSimulationFolder DART_LOCAL DART_HOME --LAD ERE --Turbid TUR --SpectralBand NR1 --SZA 0 --Number 1 --z 10 --xy 1

To modify all 52 simulations, you can either define all the possibilities or just use the command:
	python DefineSimulationsParameters.py RamiSimulationFolder --z 10 --xy 1

	LaunchSimulations launches the given simulations.

The following command will launch 1 simulation
python LaunchSimulations.py RamiSimulationFolder --LAD ERE --Turbid TUR --SpectralBand NR1 --SZA 0 --Number 1

If the DART_LOCAL or the DART_HOME variables are not properly set, you will need to add them in the command:
python LaunchSimulations.py RamiSimulationFolder DART_LOCAL DART_HOME --LAD ERE --Turbid TUR --SpectralBand NR1 --SZA 0 --Number 1

To launch all 52 simulations, you can either define all the possibilities or just use the command:
	python LaunchSimulations.py RamiSimulationFolder

ExtractRamiFiles extracts the BRFs from the simulations and creates files in the ROMC format.
Its arguments are:
RamiSimulationFolder is the relative path to the folder containing the Core simulation where the simulations will be created. It must be in the simulations\ folder of DART
RomcResultsFolder is the path to the folder where the results are stored
The required LADs: --LAD ERE PLA UNI
The required SpectralBands: --SpectralBand NR1 NIR RED
	The required SZAs: --SZA 0 20 30 50 60
	The required key simulation numbers: --Number 1 2 3 5 11 12 13 15
The required turbid modes (TUR for turbid, DIS for discrete scatterers): --Turbid TUR DIS

The following command will extract the data from 1 simulation
python ExtractRamiFiles.py RamiSimulationFolder RomcResultsFolder --LAD ERE --Turbid TUR --SpectralBand NR1 --SZA 0 --Number 1

If the DART_LOCAL or the DART_HOME variables are not properly set, you will need to add them in the command:
python ExtractRamiFiles.py RamiSimulationFolder RomcResultsFolder DART_LOCAL DART_HOME --LAD ERE --Turbid TUR --SpectralBand NR1 --SZA 0 --Number 1

To extract the data from all 52 simulations, you can either define all the possibilities or just use the command:
	python ExtractRamiFiles.py RamiSimulationFolder RomcResultsFolder
