- Create folders for the validated simulations, copied from the core simulation

* RequestedNumber: list of requested key numbers
* RequestedLAD: list of requested LAD
* RequestedSZA: list of requested SZA
* RequestedTurbid: list of requested turbid modes
* RequestedSpectralBand: list of requested spectral bands
* r: authorization to replace existing folders
- DefineSimulations(nameFileAllRAMISimulations, RequestedNumber, RequestedLAD, RequestedSZA, RequestedTurbid, RequestedSpectralBand)
- Tests the names of the ROMC simulations to the requested parameters and returns a list of validated simulations
